RWHITEFANG will provide You with written notice of any claim, suit or action from which You must indemnify RWHITEFANG. You will cooperate as fully as reasonably required in the defense of any claim. RWHITEFANG reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by You.

 
Printing


RWHITEFANG strictly forbids printing of any kind without prior, written permission from RWHITEFANG. Users agree in advance to pay at a rate of $500 USD for each full or partial page paper, hard copy or PDF (or equivalent) printouts from this site which becomes subsequently discovered and payable on demand. Users additionally agree to reimburse RWHITEFANG for all legal fees required to collect unpaid balances greater than 15 calendar days from date of invoice.

Definitions:

A Printed Page is considered to be any 8.5" x 11" in any paper or hard copy format

A Web Page is considered to be any specific titled Page on this website (Index or / Page to be referred to as "Home Page")

A Portable Document Format (PDF) is considered to be an electronic Printed Page

Calculation of printing costs:

Each Printed Page is defined as single  8.5" x 11".

A Partial Page is less than a single  8.5" x 11".

Content copied from multiple (more than one) Web Pages onto a Printed Page will be calculated as if the content from different pages are each a separate Printed Page (i.e. 3 pictures from 3 different Web Pages, printed on a single 8.5" x 11" will be considered as 3, 8.5" x 11" Pages.)
Printed font size must be a minimum equivalent of 10.5pt Helvetica. A reduction of font size or graphics to fit additional content on an 8.5" x 11" Page will be invoiced at 2x the standard rate. Enlargements of content will be invoiced pro-rata the standard rate, multiplied by 2x. (i.e. Content normally fitting on a standard 8.5" x 11" page, expanded to 19” x 22” will be invoiced at $20.000 USD accordingly.)

Each Electronic Printed Page (PDF or equivalent) within an entire PDF document (or equivalent) and respective duplicates will be calculated the same as it were a paper (or hard copy) Print. (i.e. a PDF document with 3 pages when printed to a paper (or hard copy) printer, will be invoiced at the same rate as 3 printed pages. Each duplicate PDF document would be calculated as an additional 3 pages for each duplicate.)

Music or Video Files

No copying of any music or video files is permissible. Violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.


Linking to this site

RWHITEFANG consents only to links to this Web site in which the link and the pages that are activated by the link do not: (a) create frames around any page on this Web site or use other techniques that alter in any way the visual presentation or appearance of any content within this site; (b) misrepresent your relationship with RWHITEFANG; (c) imply that RWHITEFANG approves or endorses you, your Web site, or your service or product offerings; and (d) present false or misleading impressions about RWHITEFANG or otherwise damage the goodwill associated with the RWHITEFANG name or trademarks.
